Artist's Comments

Yesterday, in a meeting about using moodle (an e-learning platform) at schools, i saw a mind-blowing work by a kindergarten teacher. She created a game, in powerpoint, to teach simple shapes, colours and patterns to disabled children. She also used the children's drawings as the images for the games. Including this fabulously innocent bird, wich i humbly apropriated and drew in my style, yet trying to preserve the simplicity of the shape of the bird as seen trough the children's eyes.

it was directly inspired in a drawing by a 5 year old disabled child, hence the shape.
